$5 flat-rate domestic shipping for orders under $250.  Domestic shipping is free for orders $250 or more.

For domestic orders, allow 5-7 days for processing and 3-5 days for the package to arrive. A confirmation email and tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been processed. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, packages may take significantly longer to arrive, so please be patient if your package is delayed.

International Shipping

International shipping is only available to Canada.  The shipping rate is calculated at checkout. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying or making an offer. As the recipient, you must pay these directly to our carrier to release your order from customs upon arrival. Please be aware that specific countries prohibit the importation of items made with exotic materials.

International sales are final and are not eligible for return or shopping credit.

Estimated shipping times are unavailable for items that must pass through customs. Our carriers are unable to guarantee the speed at which international packages are processed. If the item is held in customs, please contact us immediately and we will try to provide information to assist you in the retrieval of your package. Please remember that it is the buyer's responsibility to retrieve the package.

Once your package has left the United States, Vintage Bond is not responsible for any extra fees that may apply.

Return & Exchanges

All jewelry orders are final sales. There are no returns or exchanges available. By purchasing product(s) on our website, you agree to this policy.

Check Order Status

If you have an account, please log in first and then follow the directions below: 

1) When signed in to your account, click on 'ACCOUNT' at the top right-hand corner of the site. 

2) You will see your account information on the left side of the screen and you will see your "Order History" at the center of the screen.

Track Your Package(s)

If you chose a shipping method with tracking, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number code once your order ships.

Wrong Address

If you have provided an incorrect address and your order has not shipped, we will do our best to update your order with the correct address. However, if your order has already shipped, we are not responsible.

*** If a package is sent back to us because of an insufficient address provided by the customer, we will charge a resend fee. Please double-check all addresses before placing an order. If you do not want your purchase to be resent, you will be charged a restocking fee of $6.75 (USD). The restocking fee will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.

Lost Package 

Vintage Bond is not responsible for items that are lost by the mail carrier or by any shipping service.

Vintage Bond is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout. We understand that having a package taken from your porch is frustrating, but it must be your responsibility to know the typical delivery times of postal workers in your neighborhood and to make sure someone is home to receive the package.

Vintage Bond is not responsibly for packages lost in transit (which is very rare). In this case, you may reach out to USPS directly for assistance. 

Returned to Sender

If your package is returned to us for any reason, you will be responsible for the shipping cost for the package to be sent again.

If your package is shipped back to us, we do not issue refunds for international shipping costs.
